If the problem still there, please provide the output of 'VBoxManage list bridgedifs' and 'VBoxManage list hostonlyifs'. GreenReaper, please provide VBox. VirtualBox folder files as well. Build adds error reporting to debug output, so you may see some other messages starting with vboxNet Something that may clarify what is going on.
